30-Day Return Policy

We want you to love your order. If you are not completely satisfied, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unwashed and in its original condition and packaging.

How to Return

Please do not send anything back before contacting us. Email us at watra.store@proton.me with your order number and a short description (photos help). We will reply within 1-2 business days with return instructions and the correct return address. Items sent back without contacting us first cannot be accepted.

Damaged, Defective or Wrong Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was damaged, defective or incorrect.

Refunds

Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Order Not Received

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time shown on our Shipping Policy page, please contact us and we will help you right away.
